WhatTheySee App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you as a user of WhatTheySee (“you”) app and Easy Apps project participants (“service provider”).  If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you must not use WhatTheySee app. You warrant compliance with the following provisions, and if you fail or are unable to do so, or you are unable to ensure proper compliance with any of the terms provided herein, you will not use WhatTheySee app: - WhatTheySee app may only be used for the purpose of controlling the Monitored Devices owned by You or legally under your control, and when the applicable legal rules allow them to perform such control without infringing Users' rights or other binding rules. - You will only use WhatTheySee app for your own personal use and in a domestic environment. - WhatTheySee app should only be used once you have been informed of and obtained the User’s consent in accordance with the applicable regulations (i.e., obtaining informed consent from Users over 14 years old), except in the case of an exemption under applicable law, regulation, or policy of the corresponding jurisdiction. You agree not to, and shall not:  - Use the WhatTheySee app for the provision of remote services to third parties; - Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the WhatTheySee app or any part thereof; - Rent, lease, lend, sell, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the WhatTheySee app, or any features or functionality of the WhatTheySee app, to any third party for any reason, In any case, You will be responsible for ensuring the legitimate use of WhatTheySee app.
